When sending a gift from out of state (I am in Colorado), one tends to worry that something may go wrong with delivery or the look of the final product. I called on the morning of the delivery to request that a stem be pulled from the arrangement so I could have it as a keepsake. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful. She immediately looked into the status of the delivery and called me back with an update (Unfortunately I was too late). While at the gathering, I saw the bouquet and it looked lovely. It was very well done. I am impressed and pleased with the whole experience. I highly recommended them.

Living in Canada during this Covid-19 period and having friends and relatives passing made being there for families difficult. Being able to access Sympathy Store to place floral or gift orders made things much easier. The floral bouquets offered especially the Dreams from the Heart Bouquet in our opinion was the correct one for this occasion. Ordering on line made all very easy and simple. My brother's Father -in-law recently passed and they were holding a memorial service in Dallas Texas. We live in Pennsylvania. I wanted to send flowers but did not know best way... I went on-line to the Obituary section and was guided through the process and was able to order a beautiful Bouquet for the service. Best part was,the Floral Shop had all the information. I did not have to bother my brother with all those where, when, how, who questions. Well Done !!!

I think there must have been a flower shortage; the bouquet did not have nearly as many flowers as the one shown; it had a nice vase and very few blooms.

We had exceptional service from Sympathy Store. Often times ordering long distance is a challenge because one doesn't know the area. It was the quickest, easiest order I have made since before COVID started. No mentions of "too busy". . "long wait" "being out of product". And we have received TWO acknowledgements on the arrangement we sent! The family was very pleased with the delivery and it made quite an impression.
Thank you for making us look good, allowing us to share in the sorrow of the loss of a loved one and to feel good about the effort we made.

I ordered flowers thru Radney Funeral Home's website because they were guaranteed to be delivered before the visitation time, even though I ordered them the same day as the visitation. The flowers were delivered from Earlyne's Flowers in Sylacauga, AL, and they were the most beautiful ones at the service!

I immediately cancelled this order because they could not deliver the same day. The rep promised it was cancelled and I even have an email saying it was cancelled. Yet - they still placed the order and now I assume I will have to take my time making sure they do not bill my card. Disaster.

I work in HR at my company and have to send out flowers occasionally for different reasons whether it be funerals of our employees' family, a new baby, etc. I search for flower shops at whichever location our employees' family member is at for the funeral to have them delivered and this process for Smith's Funeral Home was the easiest BY FAR and for a great price! People shouldn't stress out about the process to give flowers when there's already a lot going on. You can click on/choose which funeral service the flowers are for and it automatically will tell you the time that your flowers will be delivered and I was sent a follow up email telling me they had arrived at the service. I also did the same day florals as well. Thank you for making this easy!

The connection with the funeral home made this on-line purchase from a significant distance easy to accomplish. We were a bit late in our order as we had just learned of the passing of a friend's mother; nonetheless, the bouquet arrived at the funeral home in time for the visitation.
