This was an arrangement sent long distance for the funeral of a family member so we never saw it.
I am writing this review to suggest that more space be allocated for the card. We’re a family group with long last names and there just wasn’t enough space. Thanks!

We lay a very dear friend to rest. I looked for two days at all the arrangements and finally decided on Day of Sunshine Bouquet. The flowers were absolutely stunning. I was so glad to see how beautiful they were when I was at the funeral home Monday evening 9/27/21. Still beautiful on Tuesday for the service. I found out just a few hours prior to the funeral service that it was happening and wanted to send flowers across the country. I contacted the Sympathy store at 9 am from NYC and by 1 pm a beautiful bouquet was delivered to the funeral home in Florida in plenty of time for the service. Excellent and thorough service and follow through.

We were very pleased with our purchase. They were delivered on time, flowers looked fresh and it was nicely arranged. Ordering process was relatively easy although the signature area on the enclosure card did not accept enough characters to include all the names I wanted on the card so I entered them in the message area which seemed to work but left very few characters for a message. Overall-happy with my purchase.

I was thankful to have something delivered for the graveside if my uncles sudden burial. I was unable to attend but I did receive lots of pictures of the bouquet that was sent- I was kind of embarrassed as it wasn’t as beautiful as the picture - but I would not recommend this bouquet design as the reality kinda looks like a Pinterest fail- I am thankful nonetheless for the care that was given and customer service that was given. Thank you

We were unable to attend the service in person, but were able to watch it live as a webcast. One does not always get to see flowers that have been purchased remotely, but in this case we were able to do so and they looked very nice. I was very disappointed with the arrangement. The glads were not bloomed it looked like the roses had stalks coming out of them. I may not have been so disappointed if it was for someones birthday but for a funeral I would have rather had flowers that were blooming.
