Ralph P. Fulco

On January 20, 2016 at Mercy Memorial Hospital in Urbana, OH, after many years of suffering and pain, Ralph P. Fulco, loving father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend, went to meet his beloved wife, Judith Fulco, who preceded him in death on the very same day 18 years ago. The love between them was an eternal one. Ralph was originally from Saginaw, MI where he met and married Judith in 1961. Ralph, in his younger years, worked for the Saginaw Public School System and Saginaw Pattern until he retired. He and Judy moved from Saginaw to Ohio residing there for many years. In the 1990s, they moved from Ohio to northern Michigan, living in Gladwin and Beaverton during different years. Ralph loved to collect antiques and refinish them. He and Judy loved to find old houses and remodel them together. Ralph loved to garden and would can all the tomatoes he would grow for his famous spaghetti sauce. He made the best along with homemade ravioli and meatballs. Ralph loved his family and his daughter Shelley and son-in-law he praised regularly for the wonderful care they both gave him. Ralph leaves behind his daughter, Shelley and Richard Craig from Urbana, OH, a son David Fulco, granddaughter Becky Bower and his grandchildren Ravin and Aiden from Ohio, sister Patricia and David Hall of Saginaw, MI, Edward and Jan Fulco of Saginaw, MI, Dominic and Connie Fulco of North Lewisburg, OH, many nieces, great nieces, nephews and great nephews, great, great nieces and great, great nephews, many cousins and friends who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his mother, Grace M. (Licavoli) Fulco, his father Rock Fulco, and sisters, Phyllis Fulco and Anna J. Jackson (Nina). He will be greatly missed by all. It was Ralph’s wish to be cremated. A memorial service will be held in Saginaw, MI at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on January 30, 2016 and on February 10, 2016 at Walter & Stowe Funeral Home, Urbana at 3 p.m. with visitation one hour prior.
